| KEY AND BREAKAGE DEPOSIT – R 250.00 REFUNDED WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF DEPARTURE. Long weekends and Public holidays are subject to a minimum 3 nights stay (Easter 4 nights) and weekend rates apply. A 6 sleeper unit has 2 bedrooms. One en-suite and one with two single beds. The third bedroom is a studio unit with two single beds. A 8 sleeper unit has 2 bedrooms. One en-suite and one with two single beds. The third bedroom is a studio unit with two single beds. The lounge has a couch which converts to a double bed sleeper. Children under 2 years are free and do not count as occupants. Chalets are luxurious self catering serviced units and rates do not include meals. All chalets have fireplaces, braai facilities & DSTV. Soap & shampoo provided. Pool towels are available Laundry facilities are not available. There is a shop at the resort as well as a Jamaat Khana. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. No provisional bookings will be accepted. Rates are inclusive of 14% VAT. A valid credit card number with bank name, expiry date as well as last three authorization digits on the back of the card, name of card holder and ID number, is required to secure and confirm a reservation. Alternatively, a deposit of 50% of the reservation value is required. Full payment of the reservation value needs to be made 48 hours prior to arrival. Should you require to cancel your reservation we require a minimum of 7 days (out of season) and a minimum of 14 day (in season) WRITTEN NOTIFICATION. We reserve the right to charge 100% of the booking fee where a client neither cancels nor arrives. |
